Whitey - gentle & loving

Whitey is a quiet, gentle fellow who is 10 years old. He was rescued as a stray in Kentucky by a kind lady. He had a bite wound from being attacked by a dog. She took him to the vet and paid for his neuter, vaccines, FIV/FLV test, bloodwork, exam and antibiotics. She took him home and was planning to keep him, but unfortunately her cats began to bully him. She reached out to Freedom Farm and we were happy to take him.<br/><br/>Whitey is mostly white with a few cute reddish orange spots. He weighs 12 lbs. Whitey is usually a very calm boy who just wants a comfy place to nap and is affectionate. Whitey has had no issues with the other cats in his foster home, but is still very scared of dogs. He has no experience with children so far. <br/><br/>He is now microchipped. Whitey is FIV positive, but that is not really a big deal. He can live just as long as any other cat and is not contagious to other cats unless there are deep bite wounds involved. His teeth are actually in good shape for his age and his recent bloodwork was healthy.
