Whistle's Story

Meet Whistle! Whistle was found by a good samaritan at only a few weeks old, very ill and alone. Whistle was brought to a local vet hospital, when OOTW was contacted to take him in. Whistle has done well with us, but is ready to find a home of his own. Whistle is high energy and loves to play. He can be a bit of a bully with other kitties, but just because he's the star. We're looking for a home that can provide Whistle with love and care. Whistle can be viewed at our Adoption Center at the PetSmart in Northeast Philadelphia (7422 Bustleton Avenue). Can't wait?
