Wesley's Story

Introducing Wesley (white and orange male) and Carly (female calico with black, white and orange markings) both 10 months old. They are a playful, loving brother-sister duo who are looking for a forever home together. These adorable siblings are full of personality-chasing toys, pouncing on each other, and turning even the most ordinary day into a little party.

These two only had each other to count on in their early days, hunkering down under cars to stay safe and warm in the dangerous streets of downtown Phoenix. But they are very happy to be secure and loved in their temporary foster home now.

Wesley has the sweetest disposition and loves to investigate a new toy or perch. Carly follows with grace and curiosity, always keeping a watchful eye on her brother. Their bond is heartwarming and they bring out the best in each other.

While they might be a bit shy when meeting new people, give them a little time and they'll warm right up-especially if you offer a cozy lap or some gentle pets. Once the kitty zoomies are out of their system, they're happy to be scooped up for snuggles.

If you are looking for double the love, double the fun, and two built-in best friends, Wesley and Carly are ready to brighten your life!

Safe Haven for Animals's Adoption Policy
Our Adoption Process We have a clear and well-structured process in place to find the best possible homes for our animals in need. This process begins with you filling out our Adoption Request Form designed to collect important details and insights from potential adopters so we can match you with the best possible pet. Once complete, we move forward by setting up a visit for you to meet our cats in person. One of our Adoption Coordinators will provide a tour of our facility and introduce you to our available cats. Our adoption coordinators have extensive knowledge of every cat and can help answer questions about individual personalities, habits, and special needs. Should you decide to choose a specific cat during this meeting, we then schedule a home visit to deliver your new pet, ensure it’s a safe and suitable environment, and provide a care kit for the new pet. To support a smooth transition, we also make a follow-up call about a week later to see how everything is going to ensure both the adopter and the cat are settling in well together.
