He’s very friendly, outgoing, playful, and quite the chatterbox… often sounding like he’s saying “hello!” Wayne loves to sit in the window and watch the outdoor activity, while happily chatting away. <br/>Wayne is up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
