He is sweet, affectionate, cuddly, playful, silly, and with how confident he is, everyone is immediately his new best friend. Walter has done well with people of all ages, he's even made friends with other fun and easy-going cats- we think he would do well in just about any home, but preferably one where he'll get lots and lots of love and attention and playtime.
