Eiche Street, Effingham, IL., or email us at animalcontrol@co.effingham.il.us to request an adoption application. DOGS: $130 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip, and rabies shot CATS: $65 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip and rabies shot
