Sweet Amber is a gorgeous 11⁄2-year-old gray girl with the softest fur and an even softer heart. She has truly blossomed in our Whiskers Too cage-free space and has turned into a total lovebug! She enjoys the company of other cats and loves being part of the action. Now all she needs is a loving forever home to call her own.<br/><br/>Amber did start to develop urinary crystals, so she's on a special diet to keep her healthy. As long as she stays on this food (or until your vet says otherwise), she's expected to do just great with no future issues. It's a small extra step for such a sweet, affectionate girl—and honestly not much more than a good quality cat food anyway. If you already have a kitty on a similar diet, even better—no separate feeding needed!<br/><br/>Amber is full of love and so ready to share it... she just needs someone to give her a chance.

Whiskers Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

All of our cats and kittens are tested for FIV and FeLV and receive age-appropriate vaccines. They are spayed/neutered at 4 months of age. Younger kittens come with a voucher (included in their adoption fee) that may be redeemed for a free spay/neuter at Southbury Veterinary Hospital. Approved application and vet reference (or an interview, if you don't have a vet) required to adopt.
