Vulcan's Story

Vulcan came from another shelter. He found the experience quite scary and even though he's been with us since February of 2022, he's not ready to befriend all humans yet. He has a few people who he has allowed to get close to him and pet him but he still has a lot of trust to gain. He needs help with that.
