Vivi's Story

Say hello to Vivi! She came to TCHS with her siblings. She spent some time in foster care with her sister, and her foster said she is a bit more on shy side. She lets her sister take the lead in exploring new places but is never far behind. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition.

Vivi is pretty shy when it comes to meeting new people, but she doesn't let that hold her back. She is a curious little kitten that is looking for a furever home that isn't afraid to take things slow and go her pace. She is starting to get more confortable being held for short amounts of time.

She should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help her maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe.

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling 320-252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
