Vito (Courtesy Post)'s Story

Are you ready to rumble? Vito has the loudest purr for miles. He's a big and strikingly handsome cat with a personality as big as his name. Known for his rumbling purr that can rival the hum of a small engine, Vito loves to announce his contentment whenever he feels comfortable and relaxed. His purrs are a constant reminder of his affectionate side, which shines brightest when he greets you or stretches out in a sunny spot.

That said, Vito is not without his quirks. He has a feisty streak and will swat or bite when he feels overstimulated or wants attention. When he bites, he will likely bite hard. He's the kind of cat who values clear communication, so understanding his body language is key to building a trusting relationship. Vito will not be an appropriate cat for families with young children or elderly family members. He is also cat reactive so he needs to be an only cat.

Vito would do best in a home with experienced cat lovers who appreciate his spirited personality and are willing to respect his terms.

Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped.

Vito is being cared for by a member of the community. Please fill out our online adoption application and we'll set you up to meet him as soon as possible. www.thedancingcat.org/adopt-courtesy
