Virgil's Story

DOB: 05/22/2021, Date in rescue: 05/22/2026

Virgil showed up at a family's home and absolutely charmed them with his personality! They assumed him a stray but still took him to the vet to be scanned for a microchip. No chip. They advocated for him via social media and helped him into rescue. While he wasn't microchipped someone cared enough once to have him neutered. Now fully vetted this oh so friendly boy is looking for forever. While he lives with other cats and dogs, he's not a huge fan. If he got to pick I think he would enjoy being your only love. Virgil is negative for feline leukemia but tested positive for FIV. FIV+ cats can live long happy lives and live successfully with non FIV cats.
