Violet's Story

Violet is the kind if kitty who loves to be near you but doesn't always want to be picked up. She enjoys sitting in the window and watching the birds and lounging on soft things. Violet showed up in a feral cat colony about 3 years ago and the caretaker realized that she was not feral & she was declawed on all four paws. She took her to the shelter which is where Cat's Cradle rescued her and put her in a foster home. Since this is all we know about her, we're not sure exactly how old she is. Now that she is on medication for her hyperthyroidism, she looks and feels much better. Her fur is very soft, and she has gained weight although she will always be a very petite girl with tiny paws.<br/>She would do best in a home with no other animals and no small children. She prefers a quiet place where she can be her sweet, introverted self.
