Vino's Story

Vino is one of our HOARDER cats and we weren't sure if he was going to make it into the adoption program. Time and time again he has shown us how much he wants to cuddle and be affectionate with us. We've come to realize that all the other cats are too overwhelming and scary for him so it prevents him from jumping into our laps and letting his true personality shine. He would love to be able to be himself and be a kitty and enjoy a trauma-free life with a family who will love him back

Fat Kitty City's Adoption Policy

We’re glad you are considering adopting a new pet from us. So that we can assist you with your selection of a new pet, the information below is required. Also, the completion and submission of our Adoption Form is required. This form, along with a consultation with an Fat Kitty City Humane Society Representative, are designed to help us determine if the adoption is in the animal’s best interest and to assist you in finding an animal most compatible with your lifestyle. In order to be considered as an adopter you must: - Be 21 years of age or older - Have government-issued identification showing your present address - Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord - Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a pet. Completion and submission of the Adoption Form does not guarantee adoption of an animal from Fat Kitty City Humane Society.
