Vincent's Story

Hello World, meet Vincent! He is one of the Artists litter and was named after Vincent Van Gogh. He is a very flashy and handsome light tabby with beautiful white markings and mittens. He has rare and beautiful brown eyes. He will mature into a stunning adult cat.

Vincent and his siblings came to Salty Paws as tiny babies after their Mom was hit by a car and they were found wandering and lost. We are not sure if it was a self-fulfilling prophecy or what, but much like his namesake, our Vincent is a bit socially awkward with humans. That said, he is amazing with all the other cats in the adoption cattery!

Although shy and bit quirky, Vincent is actually a very easy cat to care for and will definitely blossom given the chance in a loving, patient, kind home. He is playful, always in the middle of the kitten/cat fun and loves all the cat trees, toys and cat furniture. He is a lot of fun, just needs to take the approach at his own speed.

Since Vincent is so outstanding with other cats and for his continued social development, we would love to see him adopt with one of his siblings (Frida, Rosa or Theo - also adoptable), be paired up with one of his new cattery pals, or go to a home with an existing cat/kitten looking for a friend.

He is estimated at 4-5 months old, fully vetted and ready for his life of cat-venture. With you?

If you are interested in adopting Vincent, kindly fill out the following, easy online application:

https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SPLC/Cat

For the safety of our animals, home visits are also a requirement of adoption, including a foster-to-adopt situation, but we make it as unobtrusive and convenient as we can.

Thank you for considering a rescue kitten!
