Vic's Story

Meet Vic — a gentle little survivor with a heart ready to bloom in the right home

Born approximately 5-24-25, Vic came to us as one of 34 cats rescued from a local hoarding situation. Despite his rough start, this sweet boy is now neutered, fully vetted, and so ready to start a new chapter full of love and safety.

Vic can be a bit shy at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet and affectionate personality shines through. He would do best in a home with older children who understand how to go slow and give him space to settle in. Vic also feels most comfortable around other friendly cats, so a home with a feline friend would be ideal to help him build confidence.

Ready to meet Vic?
Visit during our open cat viewing hours:
Monday: 12pm–5pm
Friday: 12pm–6pm

Apply before you stop by!
Submit your application at eastshoreha.org. Being a small, private business, we ask for your patience once you send in an application. We usually will be in contact within a week. You are required to meet the animal(s) you are considering. Make sure to release records with any vet clinic you list on the application, if you don't, this will stall processing. Once approved, you will be contacted to schedule any following steps. Cats will be scheduled quickly while dogs take a while to comply to WI laws. We will explain as your adoption is approved.
