Venus's Story

Venus is a lovely girl of about 2 or 3 years old that was taken in from an outdoor cat colony where she had been living with lots of other cats so she is used to being around other cats and has also been exposed to large cat-friendly dogs as well. Venus is currently skittish but is friendly if you are willing to be patient with her and get down on the floor with her... she is still getting used to her new life and would require a home that would allow her time and patience to come out of her shell and trust. We are absolutely REQUIRING that Venus goes to a home with at least one other cat companion as she does well with other cats and would definitely feel most comfortable with a feline friend! Venus has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV/HW tested negative, and microchipped!
