Meet Velma
Hi there! My name is Velma and I need a home. I came to the shelter with my siblings who were found as strays.
A few things about me:
-I’m a kitten which means I will have tons of energy! I hope you like to play!
-I love to snuggle and I purr when being pet.
-I’m used to living outside so please be patient while I learn to love humans. I’m shy!
**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, kittens under the age of 6 months require a series of vaccinations. This will be costly!**
**Velma has received her initial feline distemper vaccination and deworming and will need three more rounds to complete the series. She will be spayed and FIV/Feline Leukemia combo tested prior to going to her new home.**
Velma will have an adoption fee of $55 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of her sterilization, feline distemper vaccinations that she has received, and a simple dewormer. This fee does NOT cover the cost of her FIV/Feline Leukemia combo test or rabies vaccination, which is to be paid for by her adopter at time of pick up from the clinic.**
If you would like to meet with Velma, you must first complete and adoption application which can be found here:

Once completed, you must submit to shelter staff via email at aco@libertymo.gov or by fax. Shelter staff will review your application once received and touch base with you to schedule a meet and greet.
