Vanilla Bean, 6 month old male Mitted Taupe and White Maine Coon mix<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Vanilla Bean is a six month old Maine Coon mix. He came into foster care with his mother and four siblings when he was only three weeks old. His siblings were all adopted sometime ago, but Vanilla had some health problems so we kept him, while trying to get a correct diagnosis. After being treated for what several vets thought was a URI, his health did not improve. Finally, when we had him x-rayed, his problem became obvious. He had a Diaphragmatic Hernia and required surgery. This was major surgery and quite complected. We were lucky enough to find a wonderful vet that took great care of Vanilla. The surgery was successful and he has now been given the opportunity to have a great future. His health is now very good. He has stolen all of the hearts of those people he has spent time with, including the vet and his employees!<br/><br/><br/><br/>Vanilla Bean is one big, loving, beautiful kitten. He loves all other animals, including our Cocker Spaniel. He tries to play with the old fellow and gives him kisses! He is such a sweetheart! This is one soft-coated kitten that loves companionship. He will follow you all over and just want to be close to his owner. He can be playful and even a bit rough with the other kittens, but he means no harm. It's just he is a bit bigger then the others he is playing with. He is a<br/>quiet fellow, a good eater and litter box perfect. He would do well in a family where someone is always around. He would also like a home with other pets and pet loving children. Are you the perfect forever home for this lovable guy? I guarantee, he will steal your heart in an instant. We are happy to help you if you need to rehome your purebred cat. Often, we can offer advice if your cat is having behavioral problems, and you may end up keeping the cat. We do NOT ship cats. We will place cats out of area but you must arrange to come and meet your new friend in person.
