Meet Vanilla, a pretty buff and white tabby girl with big beautiful eyes. Found as a stray, Vanilla was found to be fearful. She was fostered for a while to help socialize and build her confidence and is a recent addition to the Second Chance family.<br/><br/>Vanilla is becoming braver every day. She is out and about in the room, is accepting pets when approached slowly, and is engaging in play. Vanilla can scatter if approached quickly. She finds comfort and safety with her roommates. Vanilla likes pets and will lean in for more, putting her paw out when you stop. Vanilla likes the wand toy and is motivated by wet food. <br/><br/>Vanilla will benefit from an adopter able to give her patience, reassurance, love, and a small space to start. Vanilla will take time to continue with her confidence building. However, Vanilla is inquisitive and interested in her surroundings and making good progress. All signs she is headed in the right direction.<br/><br/>Vanilla is America's favorite flavor because it goes well with everything and adds a nice, warm, sweetness to whatever it's paired with. We believe this to be true with our Vanilla. She will add warmth and sweetness to a home given time. Vanilla would do best with a single adopter or a couple, a family with older respectful children. <br/><br/>We believe kittens do well with another playful, friendly cat so Vanilla will need to be adopted with another kitty from here or go to a home with a resident cat who would appreciate having a playmate and cuddle buddy. Confident kitties would benefit Vanilla.<br/><br/>Vanilla has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Vanilla's approximate birthdate is 06/29/2025.
