Vampire Squid's Story

Meet Vampire Squid!

Vampire Squid is currently in our foster program.

Learn more about her time in foster care here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:ef4fb398-a027-448d-b60d-de207635c70c

Vampire Squid is a ten-month-old brown and white tabby female. She is a very sweet girl who is easy to get along with and will quickly win your heart with her gentle personality.

Her foster says "...she is looking for her soul-mate human and will be deeply, deeply bonded with them! She really relaxed after 3-4 weeks and has really looked forward to our routines of a "treat plate" first thing in the morning which I feed to her on the couch now to get her used to being up there. She explores the part of the apartment she knows well and I hope she will continue gaining confidence as her kittens grow! She loves head scratches and being brushed. She is playful with a toy mouse, but so far prefers to play on her own - especially if cat nip is involved. She has good eating and litter box habits. Vampire needs a bit of patience at the beginning, but I just know she is going to open up and really become committed to the person who saves her! She loves a routine and instituting one will help her feel safe and loved in your home."

Vampire Squid is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative care to ensure she is ready for adoption.

Please note that we cannot hold or reserve any cats or dogs.
