Valentino is a just-over-4-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and a heart full of quiet love. He came to Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue after being found as a stray in Texas, bearing several puncture wounds on his back and rear end, likely from a frightening encounter with a dog. While his body has healed, Valentino is still learning that the world (and humans) can be safe again.<br/><br/>Because of his past, Valentino is understandably nervous around people and will need a calm, patient home that allows him to move at his own pace. What he lacks in confidence with humans, though, he more than makes up for in his love for other cats! Valentino absolutely adores his feline friends and has been caught cuddling with nearly every kitty roommate he's had. Other cats are his comfort, his confidence, and his happy place.<br/><br/>Valentino is just one day away from his one-year anniversary at RMFR (February 6th), and we would love nothing more than for him to spend his next year (and many after that) in a loving home of his own.
