Erie Avenue in Philadelphia. Our Philadelphia Adoption Hours are: Monday - Friday, 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Saturday - Sunday, 10 A.M. until 4 P.M. The adoption center is closed on all major holidays. <br><br><br><br>To adopt from the PSPCA you will need one form of identification which includes your name and current address. And, if you rent, landlord approval is required. As an added benefit, PSPCA is giving new pet parents a ShelterCare Gift insurance policy. The ShelterCare Gift provides accident and illness protection for 30 days starting on the date of your adoption. <br><br><br><br>The adoption fee is $75 for adult dogs, $125 for puppies under six months, $50 for cats over six months, and $75 for kittens. Please inquire at the Adoption Center for adoption fees on any other type of animal. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. (Checks are not accepted, sorry.)
