Ube (Potato)'s Story

Ube – Tiny Fighter, Big Heart

Ube has already lived through more than any kitten should. She and her sister came to us extremely sick — struggling to eat, dehydrated, in and out of emergency vet visits, and needing round-the-clock care just to stay stable. She fought through medications, syringe feedings, bloodwork checks, and days where her little body just couldn't keep up. But she never stopped trying.

Today, Ube is finally healthy, stable, and acting like a normal playful kitten — eating on her own, exploring, purring, and showing the sweet personality she's had buried under all that sickness.

Because of everything she's survived, we can't predict her long-term outlook with 100% certainty. Most kittens who recover as well as she has go on to live full, happy lives, but we want to be transparent: her early illness was severe, and only time will tell if she'll have any long-term effects. For now, she is thriving — and we celebrate every bit of it.

Ube is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly resilient. She's looking for a home that will appreciate the miracle she is, stay attentive to her health as she grows, and love her for the fighter she's proven to be.

If you have room in your heart for a little survivor with a big future, Ube is ready.
