Tyrian's Story

Tyrian, a grey tabby and white boy, is the happiest snugglebug in the world. He will purr the moment you start paying attention to him and give you unlimited kisses throughout the day.

Tyrian was born with swimmer syndrome which prevents him from using his back legs normally. This doesn’t slow him down one bit though, as he zips around from one end of the room to the other in an instant to find his cherished toys or his favorite human (that could be you!).

You can meet Tyrian by visiting the cafe! We are happy to speak to any potential adopters about Tyrian’s special needs.

This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.

Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition's Adoption Policy
Thanks for your interest in adopting! During these difficult times adoptions are moving very fast and we are working to respond as quickly as possible to get our cats into their forever homes. There is a chance that the cat you are inquiring about may already have an application, but we will do our best to find you the perfect fit. At this time we can only process adoptions to Brooklyn and nearby areas of Queens and Manhattan at this time. Applications from other boroughs and states will not be processed. All of our adoptions are happening as foster to adopt: you'll begin by fostering with the intention to adopt if all works out. As always, we DO NOT adopt out single kittens and any applications for a single kitten will be ignored. No need to follow up via email or phone -- we promise that we are working as fast as possible to get our cats home! More information on adoption available here: www.catcafebk.com/adoption
