He was among 33 animals removed from a home in Dayton where conditions were heartbreaking-no running water, overwhelming filth, confined cages layered with waste, and extreme neglect. Many of the animals, including Twinkie, had been living in darkness and unsafe conditions for a long time.<br/><br/>Thanks to immediate medical attention and the compassion of our staff, Twinkie is now experiencing comfort, safety, and kindness-perhaps for the first time in his life.
