Twin's Story

Meet Twin — a friendly, playful orange gentleman who recently lost his home when his person became homeless. Despite the upheaval, he's remained affectionate, full of personality, and almost always down for a belly rub. Twin is a six-year-old boy who is outgoing and loves attention. He gets along well with other cats. We have not observed him with dogs or kids. We have every reason to believe that he would do well with kids who know how to treat cats respectfully. Twin came from the same home as another cat named Tiger (posted separately on Petfinder). They get along well with each other but aren’t strongly bonded, so they can be adopted together or separately. Cats do best in interactive homes where they'll get plenty of companionship and playtime, and Twin is no exception. Twin is an easy cat who would be suitable for first-time adopters.

He has been neutered, is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. His adopter will receive his full medical records. They're being fostered in Wellesley. Adoptions are facilitated by video meet and greets.

There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee, which helps us continue rescuing cats in need. A discount will apply to adopting Tiger and Twin together. Cats can live up to 20 years, so please consider whether you can commit to providing a safe, loving home for life before adopting. Please email Safercats11@gmail.com with your phone number and a little about yourself and the home you would provide. Doing so helps us match cats with the right adopters.
