Twig's Story

This little guy's name is Twig, and he is the only tabby in the "Shed Babies" litter. We named them the "Shed Babies", because we found them underneath one of our Foster Mother's backyard shed!

Out of the four, Twig has probably come the farthest. When we first brought him inside and began to deworm and flea treat him, he was a scared, volatile, angry little man, who surprised us with just how sharp his claws were, and just how loud his voice was!

We spent a few weeks working on socializing him with the training gloves on, and those were some long nights!

But he needed someone to prove he was worth it. He needed someone to believe in him, and not give up on him. Our foster mother, "Quirky Aunt Jacki" has the magic touch, and all of the time and effort she put in has paid off.

Nowadays, Twig is an excellent cuddler who's favorite thing in the world is TV Time with his Foster Mama! He is a boy, so he naturally likes to roughhouse with his siblings, but nothing beats a nice relaxing evening curled up next to a human!

Twig is 5 months old, fixed, vaccinated, and FIV/FelV negative. He is available for adoption now!
