How it works Step 1- Submit an adoption application Step 2- POUNCE calls personal references and a veterinary reference if applicable Step 3- You submit a home check virtually. This is a quick tour of your house on video to serve as a home check. We can also arrange an in person home check at the time of the meet and greet. Step 4- Meet and greet! We will arrange a time to bring the cat or kitten(s) over to your home so you can meet them and see if they are a good fit for you. We can even bring multiple if you are interested in multiple available cats or kittens. We offer an adoption trial if you are unsure if the animal will be a good fit for your home at the meet and greet. They can do a trial stay with you before officially signing paperwork and paying the adoption fee.
