Tuna Melt's Story
Tuna Melt is an approximately 3 year-old boy who has been through a lot recently! Back in December, Tuna Melt was struggling outside with a head tilt. When we rescued him, we found out why his head was tilting: he had a severe inner ear infection due to polyps in his ear canal!<br/><br/>He had surgery to remove the infection and the polyps out of his ear canal. Since then, he's feeling great! He still has a mild residual head tilt, which is normal per his neurologist. It may or may not stay forever, but it does not bother him. It just gives him character! His vet team expects no further recurrence of this ear issue. Tuna Melt is a happy, healthy young man again!<br/><br/>Tuna Melt is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He gets along with other cats but wouldn't mind being a solo kitty either. He has shown us that he is good with children. He is very affectionate and loves pets and lap time.
