Tulip's Story

Tulip is super cute and sweet, but very shy. She does not want to be petted a bunch (or at all), but will take treats from your hand. She likes to drink water from the faucet. She is curious and likes to be a part of the action, as long as it is quiet action. Tulip has been exposed to dogs but would likely be happier in a home without any dogs. While in foster, when the dogs are not around, she likes to hang out in the open near her fosters. She has moments of being talkative and playful.
