Tulio = BIG, LOVING CAT!'s Story

Tulio is a BIG, HANDSOME and SWEET SENIOR CAT!
Hello, my name is Tulio. I am a 7-Year-Old Brown Tabby Cat with SOFT, Short hair. I am a BIG BOY as I currently weigh 14 POUNDS. I am a very SWEET and GENTLE kitty who is currently looking for either a FOSTER home or a FAMILY to ADOPT ME. Please keep reading to here about my SAD STORY!

MY SAD STORY!
I was part of a family, but was closest to the parent who is over 90 years old. This person is not in the best of health and could no longer care for me. The other family members ended up taking me to the vet to have me euthanized. You see I have a urinary tract infection, and they thought I lived a long life and didn't feel they should treat me for my UTI. Fortunately the Veterinarian convinced the family to surrender me to the Veterinary Clinic. That was so nice of them, but I am very scared here at the vet clinic. They are treating me for my UTI, and asked All About Animals Rescue to help find a FOSTER HOME or a FAMILY to ADOPT ME. Will you HELP ME???

NOTE - MY AGE!
Petfinder considers a SENIOR CAT to be 8 Years and OLDER. The rescue feels I am close enough to that age, so they posted me as a SENIOR CAT. I am only 7-YEARS-OLD.

My Personality!
I am currently very scared. I don't know why my family left me. The Veterinarian who saved me is doing her best to get me to eat. She said I have eaten some of a Churro and licked a little of the Can Food she gave me. She did say that I am a GENTLE CAT as I took my medicine very easily. I am hiding under my blanket, but stick my head out for some CHIN SCRATCHES. I have only been here for one day, and everyone hopes I come out of my shell soon. Everyone agrees I would do better in a FOSTER HOME, so the rescue is hoping to find a LOVING FOSTER HOME soon.

More Information!
As the rescue learns more about me, they will update my post. They hope that I will start coming out of my shell soon, so they can update this post with more photos, video and more personality information. Please stay tuned for these updates!

Are YOU the RIGHT FAMILY for ME?
I am looking for a LOVING and PATIENT family who will give me time to adjust and feel comfortable. This means having a safe room where I can chill out it. The rescue would LOVE an EXPERIENCED Cat Owner, but it is not required. I have lived with a dog before, and we got along. If you have a NICE, GENTLE DOG that would probably be fine. I have never lived with another cat before, so I am not sure how I would get along with them. In General the rescue feels I will do best in a QUIET, PATIENT and LOVING HOME.

My Location!
I am currently in a Veterinary Hospital in Oakland County. I am considered a FOSTER CAT for All About Animals Rescue in Warren, Michigan.

My Health!
I am currently up to date on my vaccinations and I am already neutered. I will be microchipped and have my teeth cleaned before I get adopted. I am currently being treated for a Urinary Tract Infection. I am also a BIG BOY who currently weighs 14 Pounds. The Veterinarian said I am a little chubby, but I do have a LARGE FRAME. I just need to lose a few pounds, and I will be at my ideal weight.

For More Information and/or How to MEET ME!
If you are considering ADOPTING or FOSTERING ME, please contact Linda at 810-338-0888 cell/text or EMAIL her at LCSTAHL@Yahoo.com. Linda is a VOLUNTEER for ALL ABOUT ANIMALS RESCUE. She would love to ANSWER your QUESTIONS and/or SET UP an APPOINTMENT to MEET ME.
