Tuff Nut's Story
Hi, I’m Tuff Nut!

I may look like a sleek little house panther, but don’t let that fool you—I’m equal parts cuddler and adventurer! I’m a big-time snuggler who loves curling up in your lap, but I’ve also got a mischievous streak that keeps life exciting. Closets, boxes, new nooks and crannies—you name it, I’ll find it.

I’m named after Tuffnut from How to Train Your Dragon, and just like my namesake, I’ve got a bold, curious spirit that makes life fun.

I’m part of the Snuggle Squad—a group of kittens from three different litters who grew up together and became the most loving, social crew. Because of that, I’d love to be adopted with one of my best buddies: Tart, , Astrid, Hiccup, Peter, Lark, or Lily.

If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly kitten with a playful, adventurous side, I just might be your perfect match!

Tuff Nut is currently at our PetSmart location on Woodward. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.

Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
