Truffles's Story

Truffle is an approximately 3-year-old male DSH orange tabby who was brought to us by a good Samaritan after finding him on the side of the road out in the country. Truffle was sitting in a pile of now and the snow was melted around him. He even had a collar on. We will never know how Truffle got there, but he was pretty sick when he arrived. He is doing much better now and is neutered. We are still working on getting him acclimated here at the shelter. He will be able to be free to roam our communal cat room soon. Truffle's adoption fee is $100, and he is now neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and FELV/FIV tested negative. Please stop by the shelter to meet him, or call/email with questions: 630-553-9256 or animalcontrol@Kendallcountyil.gov
