Meet Trixie!<br/><br/>Trixie has come a long way since her arrival at the shelter! Where she once hissed, she now comes over to be petted. She is a special girl who will still need a patient and understanding home willing to give her plenty of TLC, but once she is comfortable in her environment, we are sure she will be the affectionate girl she is meant to be. She prefers a quiet environment where she can truly relax and feel secure. Trixie would do best as the one and only pet — she wants to be the queen of her castle and have all the love and attention to herself. Because she can be easily overwhelmed, a home without other cats, dogs, or small children would be ideal. With the right person who respects her space and lets her settle in at her own pace, Trixie has the potential to form a very strong and loyal bond.
