Trevor's Story

Let's get Trevor Home For the Holidays! — this blue-eyed, black-and-white gentleman who has been waiting far too long for someone to choose him.
Trevor is 8–10 years old, wise, charming, and a little particular…lol! He loves being brushed, but only for a few minutes — then he’ll let you know he’s had enough with a quick little whack. Not mean, not aggressive… just Trevor being Trevor. He’s the definition of “love me on my terms,” and once you learn his rhythm, he is incredibly rewarding. Trevor can also be EXTREMELY playful, between naps! He loves crinkle balls and cat nip toys!

Trevor would like to be your one and only — no other cats, no chaos, just a calm home where he can finally relax. He eats canned food twice a day (plus a handful of Temptations — he insists!) and although he once had diabetes, he’s been in remission for over a year and is doing beautifully.

He’s not a kitten.
He’s not perfect.
But he is so deserving of a soft place to land (bonus points if that is a heated blanket or heating pad)!
Trevor has been overlooked long enough. Let’s change that! 💛🐾

If you think you could be his person — or know someone who might — please share!

Trevor would do best in a home with no other pets. Someone with some past cat experience would be great! Because he can get a little overstimulated at times, a home with adults or respectful kids over 12 would be the best fit. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. Now all he needs is someone with a loving heart and a comfortable home interested in sharing it with him!

If you're interested in adopting, the first step is to fill out the application here:
http://bit.ly/3VDJfhm
