Toupee is a tiny doll with a big personality wrapped in an even bigger coat of fabulous fluff. She's playful, social, and has mastered the art of batting her eyelashes (and her toys) to get what she wants. This girl loves people, loves attention, and will happily follow you around like your miniature sidekick with great hair.
