She is still really skittish and hides away from the volunteers. With this being said, she is trainable and approachable. She is not violent nor reactive. She is shy because she is scared of humans and bigger cats around her probably pushed her around as a younger kitten.<br/><br/>She is really young, so with the proper training, she can leave this shy phase behind. We want her to go to a house with another cat she can bond with and develop a support system while she gets used to nice humans. We believe in baby Toulouse, so should you.

Lighthouse Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
We do not adopt on a first-come-first-serve basis, but rather by the best match between dog and family, although we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches. Visitors at our shelter are by appointment only and are limited to those who have submitted applications. 1. Submit Application: https://www.lighthouseanimalshelter.org/application-instructions 2. Volunteers review your application. 3. After review, you will be contacted to set up an appointment. 4. Home Check: Some pets require a home visit. In some cases, a home visit is not required. It depends on factors such as fencing, children, & other pets. 5. Sign Adoption Contract: You will receive all medical paperwork, a new leash and collar, and food your new pet is used to eating.
