Thanks to Cynthias quick action, Tortellini and Poppy were rescued before they could end up in danger.<br/><br/> Today, these sisters are thriving with their foster and showing everyone just how wonderful they are. They are currently available for pre-adoptionwhile they finish their veterinary care, including vaccines, spay surgery, and microchipping.
