Meet Torro! <br/>This handsome boy was found outside cold, wet, and trying his best to survive. We brought him in, gave him time to decompress, and once he felt safe, he headed to the vet to be neutered, vaccinated, and fully checked over. It took Torro a little while to trust us, but once he realized he was finally secure, his true personality came out.<br/><br/>Torro is estimated to be about 2 years old and has a playful, energetic spirit. He loves interacting with the other cats at the shelter; sometimes a bit too enthusiastically—so they’re quick to remind him of proper manners. He still has some kitten sass and may give the occasional swat, but it’s all part of his spirited charm.<br/><br/>Since we don’t know his history with dogs or children, a home without them would be best.
