About Topsey:<br/>Topsey is a handsome young kitten with striking blue-and-white tuxedo markings. After a challenging start to life, he is now safe in foster care and ready to find a loving forever home where he can grow, play, and be spoiled like he deserves. <br/><br/>Topsey's Story:<br/>Topsey was one of three kittens born in an attic crawl space between two floors of an apartment building in Friendswood. Apartment management had unknowingly boarded up the small entry to the crawl space, trapping a mama cat and her babies inside. Volunteers worked diligently over several days to safely trap the kittens, and once the little ones were secure, mama followed. The family was placed with a Traps to Laps foster.
