Tootsie is a Domestic Short-Haired Female cat who is looking for a new home. She came to to the shelter as a stray so we do not know about her past. She doesn't seem to care for other cats, and we do not know how she is with dogs or small children. Tootsie is litter-box trained and loves to be around people. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
