Bonded pairs will not be split up.

Toonces is approximately 1 year old affectionate boy, who is now UTD on shots, FIV/FeLV negative, neutered and microchipped. We were contacted by the feral cats’ caretaker, whom we helped in the past to have his cats fixed. He spotted a new cat on his block and immediately wanted to do the right thing and get him neutered. We made a plan and he was trying to put Toonces on the feeding schedule. But suddenly Toonces stopped coming. A few days later we received a frantic phone call. The caretaker informed us that the new boy was sitting in the bushes and we feared the worst. One of out volunteers drove to the location in the middle of the night and she could say Toonces was in pain. She grabbed him and early in the morning we rushed him to the vet. Toonces was hit by the car and had a broken pelvis. He was in a lot of pain, but luckily for him, he didn’t have a deathly injuries. With a lot of care and cage rest, Toonces started to feel better and was begging for love. Toonces turned out to be a friendly silly cat with a lot of energy. He loves people, he loves attention and to be petted, but can get a little overstimulated if you pet him down to his back (not surprisingly after the injury this poor boy had). If you are looking for an adventurous cat, Toonces would be a perfect cat for you!
