His adoption fee is $85, a small price for such a delightful and loving companion. You can visit Tomfoolery at Cascades Humane Society, where we're open from noon to 6 PM every Tuesday through Saturday. We process our last adoption at 5:30 PM and always prioritize walk-ins, so make sure to arrive early. If you need a carrier, we have cardboard ones available for purchase.
