Tomahawk's Story
Meet Tomahawk, a sweet kitten who came to us with a compound fracture in one leg and a nasty fracture in another leg, which ended up with him needing an amputation. Despite such a rough start to life, this little guy is full of life and love, and just wants to be friends!! He's go-go-go! Who would like a snuggly, playful tripod kitten?

There is still the possibility that Tomahawk will need more surgery on his right hip, but we are hopeful that it will not be necessary. We will reevaluate when he is about 6 months old. If surgery is necessary, we will be covering the cost.

Included with the adoption is the kitty's neuter, all applicable birth-to-one-year FVRCP, FeLeuk and first round of rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! Please note, young kitties do best with another kitty in the household.

To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!
