Toffee's Story

Toffee is amazing! She is extremely social, crazy playful, super loving and loves causing chaos. All boxes are hers and she will evict any and all of her foster brothers and sisters regardless of their size. Toffee is a very small girl - probably will stay pretty small - but she has no clue she's a little thing. She thinks she's the biggest, badest lioness in the pack. She is also very independent at times. As a typical young cat, she will pay attention to you when she is feels the time is convenient and doesn't really care at all if it's a convenient time for you. Toffee loves making biscuits and your body is sometimes her chosen biscuit-making surface - if you move her, she varies between looking at you with disgust then turning her back on you and refusing to believe you are moving her then resuming her place on you to recommence said biscuit-making. You. Never. Know.

Toffee is naughty at times, seeming to think her adorable face is enough to keep her out of trouble. She refuses to believe countertops are not approved surfaces for her and I feel fairly certain that she thinks one of her names is "GET DOWN TOFFEE". Other names she probably associates with herself are "Stop, Toffee" and "No, Toffee". She is a huge fan of cat-nip! Will roll in it until it is embedded in all areas of her fur - it's so funny to watch her cover herself in it!

Toffee loves being held like a baby cradled in your arms and having her belly rubbed! She'll stay that way as long as you'll rub her belly and walk around with her. She might carry the label of SPOILED - strictly due to her cuteness of course.

Toffee has never been around dogs or children. However, I have no doubt she would be fine with both given time and proper instroductions. She loves EVERYTHING!!

You can submit an adoption application for Toffee at http://www.myhstc.org/cats.
