Toffee's Story

**Meet Toffee – our sweet, cross-eyed little explorer**

Toffee is an estimated 3-year-old Flamepoint Siamese mix with the softest personality and the gentlest soul. He’s a shy guy at first, especially after all the big changes he’s been through these past several months, but once he trusts you, he becomes an absolute love bug.

Toffee adores slow pets, rolling around for attention, his toys, and any cozy hiding place he can claim as his own. He’s wonderfully submissive and gets along well with both cats and dogs. He can be easily startled, so he needs a calm, patient home that will let him settle in at his own pace. He can be a little rough in his play once he trusts you (mouthy in play) but a little redirection works great.

He’s excellent at the vet, though he may get nervous enough to pee in his carrier on the way there. Health-wise, Toffee is in great shape—vaccinated, neutered, and recently fully checked over with bloodwork and scans. He does have one kidney shaped a little differently than usual, but all diagnostics show it’s something he was born with and everything is functioning perfectly. He also needs to lose a tiny bit of weight, but nothing a loving home and a good routine can’t handle.

If you’re a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time, Toffee will repay you tenfold with affection, loyalty, and a gentle sweetness that melts your heart. He’s ready for his fresh start—he just needs someone willing to give him the space to blossom.

Given Toffee does have an abnormally shaped kidney, his adoption fee is waived under our compassionate adoption program. While our vet doesn’t foresee any issues in the future, we can never guarantee it, bring this derpy boy home today and feel the cross eyed love in both directions.
