Toffee's Story

Say, "Hi", to Toffee, a 6 month old neutered male. Toffee came in with the crusty crew, listed as a litter mate. It was pretty clear he wasn’t a part of that litter (he was WAY bigger). When I asked the shelter about it they told me that Toffee was found with the crusty crew on the streets.. he inbedded himself into their family. Those kittens loved him like their own for sure! He was one of the sickest babies (swipe to see his photo the first day he arrived). He is healthy now, and just soo beautiful! Toffee is the kindest little guy. Even when he is unsure, he is gentle. He loves to play and cuddle with his siblings. He may not be a lap cat, but he does enjoy being close to the people he trusts. He LOVES my toddler. I am hopeful to find him a home with Jelly Bean (offering a 2 for 1 adoption fee to make that happen!!), however, he’d be ok in just about any home as long as there is another kitty for him to be friends with. Hermione's Home Inc's Adoption Policy

First, a completed application is required. We will review the application to make sure all questions are answered appropriately, we will then check a vet reference for current and previous pets and speak to personal references. After an application is approved, we will speak to the applicants and make sure all questions are answered. We will set a date for the potential adopter to meet the cat(s), and if that meeting goes well, we set a date for adoption.
