He’s really good at keeping the humans in his foster home entertained with lots of laughs. <br/><br/>Toby is not a lap kitty but will meet you for pets and snuggles often- especially when he’s sleepy. He is also very talkative and will let you know when he’s hungry or needs something. <br/><br/>Toby likes dogs! He really wants to be friends with the dogs in his foster home. He loves them a bit more then they love him. ?? He would do well with another cat, a friendly small dog companion- or both! <br/><br/>If you need some fun and joy added to your life, Toby is your guy!!
