This handsome gentleman has been through more than he ever deserved — found wandering at a long-term healthcare center after someone sadly dumped him there. Confused and with nowhere to go, Toby waited… hoping someone would notice him. Thankfully, ARC stepped in and made sure he was safe.<br/>Now, Toby is ready for his true forever home.<br/>At about 3–4 years old, Toby is the perfect age — past the mischievous kitten stage but still young, playful, and full of love to give. He’s the kind of cat who will happily lounge beside you after a long day, stretch out in a sunny spot for an afternoon nap, and remind you daily what unconditional love looks like.<br/>Toby is fully vetted, healthy, and ready to start his next chapter. What he needs now is someone willing to give him the second chance he’s been patiently waiting for.
