Toby is terrific and is quite adorable with his delicate lynx-like ear tufts and huge, distinctive femur-like eyes. This small, gentle soul loves his foster mom and step brothers and is renown for his loud purring that can be heard through the phone line. He is a lap cat and lover, not a fighter and would rather watch Tiny & Puff duke it out than join in.
